His food is exquisitely plated and we have excellent photographic examples to show any interested parties.

 

In a large 5 Star estabishment he is quite happy to be Senior Sous Chef.

 

Please note that he has a pastry chef wife and they require not necessarily in the same establishment but clearly in the same town.

French trained pastry chef with a 3 Michelin Star background at senior level.

 

Over 12 years experience in the UK at 3 Michelin Star level but also with experience in high quality, high volume retail and development experience.

FABRICE PERRIN

Fabrice is an outstanding Executive pastry chef who has worked worlwide at some of the world's best resorts and hotes.

He is conversant with all aspects of pastry from beautifully plated desserts to simple breads and he has the ability to produce high volume, high quantity work.

PAUL HOSICK

Paul is a talented pastry chef. He has worked internationally and in Michelin Starred kitchens, both working and doing stagieres.

 

He has additionally been a head chef and as such can cover the main kitchen as well as pastry and clearly will understand the chefs need to minimise waste and achieve the best possible GP.

 

His preference is for hotels but he is interested in looking at and considering all positions that will give him an opportunity to improve upon his career and skills.

RONNA O'TOOLE

Like her husband who appears under our Head Chef section, Ronna is also American and as such would only be able to work in the UK with sponsorship.

 

They both have in depth international experience in the Relais and Chateaux, 5 Star, AAA Four Diamond bracket.

 

She is as conversant with intricate tasting menu fare to large scale pastry production.

She has a positive can do attitude, is polite and always gets straight back to us whenever we are trying to contact her.

 

She is currently a sous chef but wants to drop in rank in order to get into a fine dining environment where she can further hone her skills.

Yacht Chefs

CHRISTIAN DEMAILLET

Cristian, like many of our chefs, was trained in a 3 Michelin Star property immediately prior to beginning his career as a Michelin Star Trained Yacht Chef.

 

He has managed to provision his last yacht without resorting to yacht suppliers.

 

He has also worked aboard an aircraft and in private residences.

 

He is a clean cut and extremely resourceful young man, that can meet all the requirements of the most discerning client.

MICHELIN STARRED HEAD CHEF

We have an outstanding Head Chef who we have known for many years. He has been in Michelin Starred hotels most of his life. He is used to all sizes of property. He is looking for £55k minimum in the country or £75k in a major city.

Daniel is currently a development chef at a 3 Michelin Star property in Germany where he has been for some time now.
