Gladstone Park Chefs was founded on a straightforward premise: food and hospitality recruitment should be handled by people who genuinely understand the sector. Too many agencies treat a chef vacancy like any other job - a CV gets sent and hope takes over. In a kitchen, that approach fails fast.

We Brief Properly

Before we search, we speak to you in depth. Not just the job title - the kitchen culture, the team dynamics, what has gone wrong with past hires and what genuine success looks like in this role.

We Search Actively

We do not post a job and wait. We search our network, identify the right profiles and approach candidates directly. Most of the people we place were not actively looking when we called them.

We Present a Shortlist

You receive 3 to 5 properly assessed candidates - not 20 CVs. Every person on our shortlist has been interviewed by us and genuinely meets the brief.

We Stay Involved

We coordinate trials and interviews, manage feedback, handle offers and navigate notice periods. We remain involved until your new hire is through the door.
